Designed by our engineering team using the latest CAD software, the Revo Fiesta rear torque mount directly replaces the OEM mount. 3D printing technology allows rapid prototyping for fitment testing, allowing the team to make the smallest of modifications to offer you the perfect product.
Precision CNC machined from aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminium, the main housing and pin are extremely strong yet lightweight. and are recessed to perfectly seat each polyurethane bush. Finished with an engraved Revo logo red Powerflex bushes and powder coated in black for durability and longevity.
Designed specifically for strength, the pins also shield the bushings from the bolt to avoid damaging them during installation. Unlike other aftermarket mounts, the fixing pin has been made using a single machined piece to ensure strength and fitment tolerances are met.
Powerflex utilise a unique formula of polyurethane, custom designed to ensure optimum fitment in the machined housings. After testing of various amounts of compliance, our engineers were able to fine tune the final bush to achieve a balance between performance and comfort. Polyurethane is also resistant to oil, fuel unlike the rubber used in the OEM mount which can lead to perishing and failure. Our specified durometers provide a stiffer mount to limit the engine movement without compromising on NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) levels in the process.
